We know there are a lot of questions that come with booking your wedding hair and makeup, and we've gathered our most frequently asked and put them on one convenient page. Don't see your question? Never hesitate to send an email or a phone call our way.
Q: Do you travel on-site to hotel, venue or place of residence?
A: Yes, we do. We travel to almost anywhere you need us to be, whether for trials, engagements, or wedding date.
Q: Do you require a deposit to hold the wedding date?
A: Yes. A $50 deposit is needed to reserve the date, and it is then deducted from your day-of balance.
Q: Do you travel on-site to the ceremony for touch-ups?
A: Generally you will not need touching up after we have provided services, however, we do provide you with a touch-up lipstick for you & the bridal party to take with you. In the event that you request we stay, it is an additional $60/hr.
Q: I have a rather large bridal party, can you handle everyone?
A: If you have a large bridal party needing both hair &/or make up services, we will hire an assistant to join us. In the event an assistant is needed, it is an additional $75/per assistant for the day.
Q: Do you charge for a Preview Session? Do you think it's important?
A: Yes and yes. A preview session is as important to us as the wedding day. Just as much knowledge and talent goes into your preview session and we want you to have the best experience possible for both days.
Q: Do you charge a travel fee?
A: A travel fee will be implied if it is out of a certain distance from our location.
Q: Is your studio able to host my entire bridal party?
A: Our boutique studio is approximately 200 sq. feet with 2 stations. If you had a smaller bridal party (1-4 people), we could easily accomodate. Any parties of 5+ would prefer to be in a hotel or on location.
